Status. is designed to be simple and private. We do not collect personal information and we do not sell data to anyone.
This policy explains what information is (and is not) collected when you use the Status. iOS app.
We do not collect personal data.
The statuses and routines you create are stored on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud (if available in your app version), that data is stored and synced by Apple via iCloud under your Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Apple’s iCloud handling is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your device/iCloud settings.
Status. may offer an optional in-app purchase (e.g., “Status+” / lifetime upgrade). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details (such as your credit card number).
Apple may provide us with non-personal purchase metadata (such as confirmation that a purchase is active) to enable features you have unlocked.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs to track you across apps or websites. Any diagnostics or crash information, if present, is handled by Apple (e.g., App Store / iOS diagnostic features) and depends on your device settings.
If Status. offers an optional Face ID / device authentication feature, the biometric data is handled by iOS and never leaves your device. Status. does not access or store your Face ID data.
Status. does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no child-specific data processing in the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
